Description
Barn Owls cottages are in a beautiful old barn that has been lovingly converted into three self catering cottages. Each has its own individual charm and varies in size, sleeping from two to six people.
This property offers single storey accomodation of one twin bedroom, shower room, and an open plan area in which you can relax, eat and cook. In the kitchen area there is a small table top cooker. There is a shared garden, and for those who like to eat alfresco, each cottage has its own grassed area and paved patio with picnic table and parasol, and there is plenty of parking at the front of the property on our private drive.
Being just a 5 minute drive from the beach and the ferry to France and also at the foot of the South Downs, this is an ideal spot to discover the south coast and its surrounding countryside. Walkers love this quiet location on the South Downs Way, with the beautiful village of Seaford nearby. Centrally positioned between Brighton and Eastbourne on the map, both of which have many places of historic interest. Theres so much to see and do in and around this area. Its a lovely quiet spot, yet just a stones throw from all the buzz that Brighton has to offer.

Situated on the south east coast of England between Hampshire and Kent the county of Sussex has its origins in the historic Kingdom of Sussex, its name deriving from the Old English for 'South Saxons'.
From the populated coastal plain, overlooking the English Channel, through the beautiful hills of the South Downs to the wooded Sussex Weald, this is a county full of interest and full of contrasts. It is also steeped in history with the Romans having invaded England in ancient times via Sussex, and the later Battle of Hastings being fought here.
Sussex has much to offer the visitor whether they stay on the coast or further inland. With the notable cities of Chichester and landmarks such as the Seven Sisters where the South Downs meet the coast, as well as sporting interest such as the Goodwood race track, in addition to many tourist attractions, stately homes, castles and good restaurants and pubs there is more than enough to fill any holiday in this area. Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or the hustle and bustle of city life, Sussex offers it all.
